... and now I am home and very tired. Someone remind me that I am not growing younger and social interactions actually drain me, and meeting someone every day for 10 days is a terrible, terrible idea.

But although I am tired physically and socially, it was nice to be able to just go and do my own things for ten days. I did check in every day with my mother's caregiver to see if things are okay back home, and things were okay (though I later learnt that my mother had a minor fall, again, and made the caregiver keep it a secret so me and my mother, we're gonna have words). I missed my cat a lot, and it seems like she missed me too.
